Did you know that if you blend the following in the correct proportion you can see change with time? Every student at GMA are made aware of how to follow the right daily routine to maximise potential.

Exercise

We recommend physical activity of any form to beat laziness and make the brain alert. It ranges from simple breathing exercises to vocal training to exercises to improve blood circulation. This is personalised for each student as it varies according to the demand.

Water

Drink atleast 1.5 to 3 litres of water, according to your body weight. This increases oxygen supply to the brain as well as removes toxins from the body.

Sleep

There is a usual tendency for students to take in excessive caffeine and stay awake in the night, especially when the exam approaches. This is due to either procrastinating habits or anxiety, which has not presented extraordinary results. If you aim for a high score, get organsed and sleep 7 to 8 hours everyday.

To debunk misconception, it is not about how much hours you work hard, it is about working smart that gives the desired results in the fastest possible time.

Food

Well, it is is not as easy as it sound to avoid junk food and stick onto healthy eating habits. However, there are some power pack food item you could include in your diet.

  1. Banana- High level of potassium that increase serotonin. Helps to manage the mood under stress.
  2. Figs- rich source of potassium along with calcium
  3. Walnuts- excellent source of vitamins and minerals
  4. Pomegranate- increases the quality of blood
